Warrantied products are products clearly marked with a manufacturer’s warranty. See our Return Process below and we will help you facilitate the return of products under valid/in-date warranty. This service is only available for products purchased directly from us by end users, this does not apply to resellers.

Products without a manufacturer’s warranty can be returned within 15 days of sales receipt or invoice and must meet the following requirements below. Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges.

MMD reserves the right to impose reasonable return limitations based on excessive wear, abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care of any product.
Shipping
If MMD or Manufacturer has made an error, MMD will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges (we can help you facilitate for a fee).

All returned merchandise must have prior written authorization. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) via the following methods –
