Return Policy

Products Under Warranty

Warrantied products are products clearly marked with a manufacturer’s warranty. See our Return Process below and we will help you facilitate the return of products under valid/in-date manufacturer’s warranty. This service is only available for warrantied products purchased directly from us by end users, this does not apply to resellers. Resellers must contact the manufacturer directly to make a claim under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Products (non-warranty)

Products without a manufacturer’s warranty (except for non-returnable items listed below) can be returned within 15 days of the date of the sales receipt or invoice and must meet the return requirements below. Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges at the sole discretion of MMD.

Return Requirements​

  • Purchased from MMD
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In Original Packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Non-Returnable Items​

  • Products where the description indicates “non-returnable”
  • Custom Printed Flags
  • Custom Lath or Stakes
  • Custom Silt Fence
  • Custom Vests
  • Custom Rebar Caps
  • Custom Requested Products and/or Special-Order Products are returnable – at the sole discretion of MMD
  • MMD reserves the right to impose reasonable return limitations and to refuse any return or refund based on excessive wear, abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care of any product

Damaged or Defective Products

If any item is damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days business after the delivery date. Damaged or defective items reported more than seven (7) days business after the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement except at the sole discretion of MMD. Your exclusive remedy for damaged or defective products is replacement of such product or refund of the purchase price paid for such product, at MMD’s sole election. If MMD elects to refund the purchase price for any product, you must return the product to us upon our request.

Shipping​

  • If MMD or the manufacturer has made an error, MMD will arrange free return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges (we can help you facilitate for a fee).
  • You must ship the products to us in their original packaging.

Return Process​

  • All returned merchandise must have prior written authorization. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) via the following methods –

  • Any returned product shipped C.O.D. or without an RMA# may be refused by us in our sole discretion.
